Recently, I've been chatting with foreign teachers for a while every day, and my spoken English has indeed improved. I've got some feelings about this. Don't be afraid to express yourself. Even if the other person doesn't understand what you say, so what? It's great if they do understand, and if not, just keep communicating. It's a language after all. There's no need to be furtive or overly cautious if you're not fluent. Be more generous. The most important thing is to be brave enough to speak up. Cherish the opportunity of having someone to listen and don't waste it. Be bold, follow your heart, and be earnest!

I've come across foreign teachers from a small country in South Africa, the UK, and Australia. They're all nice people, each with their own characteristics. Some teachers may be a bit standoffish, while others can talk to you on an equal footing. A teacher named Callum impressed me particularly deeply. When explaining words, he could vividly demonstrate a dog sticking out its tongue for me. Don't be afraid when meeting more people. For now, they're just strangers. The initiative is in your hands. You decide the depth and direction of your interactions with these people. If it doesn't feel right, or if the other person's habits or behaviors make you uncomfortable, you can leave without any explanation. There's no loss in this. On the contrary, you can learn more skills in the process of communicating with others with proper relaxation and tension. In the future, when you meet new people, those who are worthy of your cherishing and those you can give your all to, you won't miss them.

Watch the clip of my conversation with my foreign teacher! Over the course of a year, I chose a total of 5 clips, and I could see a huge improvement in my speaking from each clip to the next. Here is the very first clip:
